Paraguay reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its capabilities in the area of security and defense by actively participating in the prestigious "Governance and Strategy for Security and Defense."which takes place in Washington D.C.in the recognized William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studiesunder the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America.
The Paraguayan delegation is represented by the Chief of Staff to the Minister of National Defense, Capt. N DEM Óscar Nogueraand the Organizational Development Advisor of MECIP-MDN, Lic. Edgar López. Its participation in this important international forum strengthens Paraguay's position in the areas of cooperation and strategic development in hemispheric security issues.
